Effective: July 16, 2026 · JUNGLEORAMA
We aim for WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA on the public storefront and will keep improving keyboard, screen-reader, and mobile access.
Jungleorama is committed to making jungleorama.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Semantic headings and landmarks; skip-to-content link; form labels; alt text on meaningful images; focus styles; keyboard-operable navigation where practical.
Mobile-first layouts for shop, cart, checkout, tools, and Monkey Hub.
Ongoing fixes prioritized for homepage media, product grids, search, cart/checkout, and Club pages.
Decorative jungle video/backgrounds may be reduced or paused for users who prefer reduced motion (browser/OS setting).
Third-party embeds or map tools (e.g. location search) may have partial accessibility depending on the provider.
Some admin-only tools are optimized for staff and may not meet the same storefront standard.
If you encounter a barrier, email support@jungleorama.com with “Accessibility” in the subject, the page URL, and a short description. We will try to provide the information another way and fix the issue.
Target: WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA for primary customer journeys (browse, search, product, cart, checkout, account, Club). We test with keyboard navigation and automated checks (e.g. Lighthouse) before major releases.
