We will never sell your personal information. Your data is used only to run our store, fulfill orders, support Jungleorama Club, and improve your experience — never sold, rented, or traded to data brokers or advertisers.
JUNGLEORAMA ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit jungleorama.com, create an account, join Jungleorama Club, leave a review, or make a purchase.
Our Commitment
We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not participate in data-broker marketplaces.

Information We Collect
Account & profile: name, email, password (hashed), phone, marketing preferences, terms acceptance timestamps.
Orders & shipping: cart contents, shipping and billing addresses, order history, return requests, payment status (card data is processed by Square — we do not store full card numbers).
Jungleorama Club: plan tier, billing cycle, renewal dates, activation fee status, reward points (Pro), and cancellation history.
Reviews & UGC: ratings, text, photos/videos you upload, and moderation status.
Tools: location inputs you provide (e.g. ZIP for vet or sitter locator) — used to run the tool, not sold.
Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, referring URL, cookies/local storage for session, cart, and preferences.
Service providers: payment confirmation (Square), shipment events (carriers / dropship partners such as CJ Dropshipping), email delivery (e.g. Resend), and optional analytics.
How We Use Information
Process and fulfill orders; contact you about shipping, returns, and support.
Operate accounts, Jungleorama Club memberships, and reward points.
Send transactional messages (order, password reset, email verification, Club billing).
Send marketing only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
Improve the Site, prevent fraud/abuse, moderate reviews, and comply with tax and legal duties.
How We Share Information
Payment processors (Square) to charge and refund.
Fulfillment / dropship partners (e.g. CJ Dropshipping and similar) — name, ship-to address, and order lines needed to ship products. They may not use this data for their own marketing.
Carriers for delivery; email providers to send messages you requested or opted into.
Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Essential: login session, cart, security, and consent preferences.
Functional: remember UI choices (e.g. audio preference).
Analytics (if enabled after consent): understand traffic and improve the storefront.

Order and tax records: generally 7 years.
Account data: until you request deletion (subject to legal retention).
Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or after prolonged inactivity.
Reviews: retained while published; removed content may be kept briefly for abuse prevention.
Your Privacy Rights (including CCPA/CPRA-style)
Depending on your location, you may request: access to personal information we hold; correction of inaccurate data; deletion (subject to legal exceptions); and opt-out of marketing emails.
California: you may also request information about categories of data collected and disclosed for business purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
How to submit: email privacy@jungleorama.com or support@jungleorama.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject, or use our contact form (reason: Privacy). We aim to respond within 45 days (or sooner when required).
Authorized agents: contact us with proof of authorization. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. Purchases require users to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security & Contact
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (including HTTPS and hashed passwords). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
