We don’t sell live animals yet — breeders are coming soon. This disclaimer explains the rules that will apply once we do. JUNGLEORAMA is committed to responsible animal care. Live animals and live feeders involve unique risks and legal requirements.
This disclaimer applies to live animals, live feeders, wildlife rehabilitation supplies, and regulated animal products when they are sold on jungleorama.com. None are sold today.
Live Animals & Feeders
No live animals or live feeders are sold today. Once they are, availability will be limited, seasonal, and restricted by carrier rules and state law, and we do not guarantee live arrival in all regions.
Customers are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal laws regarding possession, transport, and care of animals and feeder insects.
Live arrivals should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Report mortality or damage within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation or carrier guidelines.
No Veterinary Advice
Product descriptions and support communications do not constitute veterinary, wildlife rehabilitation, or husbandry advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified specialist for animal health decisions.
Regulated & Wildlife Products
Wildlife pharmaceuticals, rehabilitation formulas, trapping equipment, falconry gear, and similar products may require permits or professional credentials. You represent that you are authorized to purchase and use such products.
JUNGLEORAMA may request verification before shipping regulated items and may cancel orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
Ethical Sourcing
We source products that meet applicable animal welfare and shipping standards. Report concerns to support@jungleorama.com with order details — we investigate promptly.
Jungleorama Club Memberships
Jungleorama Club memberships (Free, Starter, Plus, Pro) are optional. Free has no membership fee. Paid plans bill monthly (or annually at 20% off). You may cancel free anytime.
Club charge refund windows (from each charge): Free 10 days; Starter 10 days; Plus 10 days; Pro 15 days. After the window, no refund. Canceling stops future billing but does not refund charges outside your plan’s refund window. See the Jungleorama Club Policy for full details.
Jungleorama reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or block customers for any inappropriate use or suspicion of illegal activity with no refund.
