Buyer reviews help other keepers. These rules keep Jungleorama honest, safe, and lawful.
Who Can Review
Only verified purchasers of the product may leave a review for that item. Fake, incentivized, or competitor reviews are not allowed.
What Is Allowed
Honest opinions about quality, fit, shipping experience, and use with your animals/setup.
Photos/videos of the product in use — no minors’ faces, no addresses, no full order numbers, no illegal activity.
What Is Not Allowed
Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, spam, personal data of others, medical claims presented as professional advice, or IP infringement.
Reviews that solely attack a person rather than the product may be removed.
Moderation & Reporting
Staff may approve, hide, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines or law. Quality flags may trigger additional review.
Report a review: use “Report” on the product page or contact support@jungleorama.com with the product URL and reason.
