Jungleorama Club is a membership program with Free, Starter, Plus, and Pro tiers. This policy covers benefits, trials, auto-renewal, refunds, cancellation, reward points, and member-only pages.
Tiers & Benefits
Club discounts are taken off the order amount including shipping, one discount per order.
Free: no membership fee; 5-day trial of Plus features; wishlist; 10-day Club charge refund policy; cancel free anytime.
Starter: 5-day trial of all features; wishlist; AI support; 10% off your first purchase; 7% off orders over $49.99; 10-day refund policy; cancel free anytime.
Plus: 10-day trial of all features; AI support + Priority Support — same-day answer (Mon–Fri); 10% off your first purchase; 10% off purchases over $74.99; Sale Page access; 10-day refund policy; cancel free anytime.
Pro: all features; reward points (7¢ per $1 spent on products — not shipping; $50 → $3.50, $100 → $7.00; no cap; points expire 365 days after you earn them, oldest first, with an email reminder 7 days before); Sale Page access; 10% off your first purchase; 15% off orders over $99.99; AI support + Priority Support — same-day answer (Mon–Fri); 15-day refund policy; cancel free anytime.
Pricing, Activation & Auto-Renewal
Free has no membership fee. Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) show the price before checkout (monthly or annual at 20% off).
The first time you join a paid plan, a $10 one-time activation fee is charged with the first period. Activation is charged once per account.
AUTO-RENEWAL: Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Jungleorama (via Square) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
We will display plan name, price, billing cycle, and renewal terms on the Club page and in your account. Material price changes will be communicated before they take effect when required.
How to Cancel or Manage
Cancel or manage membership anytime: Account → Jungleorama Club → Cancel membership (or switch plans from the Club page). Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.
You keep benefits through the end of the period already paid, unless otherwise stated. Canceling does not automatically refund past charges outside your refund window.
Need help? Email support@jungleorama.com with your account email — we will not require unreasonable steps to cancel.
Refund Windows (Club Charges)
Starter: request a refund of a Jungleorama Club membership charge within 10 days of that charge. Plus: within 10 days.
Pro: within 15 days of that charge.
After the window, that Club charge is non-refundable. Product orders remain under the general Return Policy.
Reward Points (Pro)
Pro members earn 7 cents per dollar spent on product subtotals (shipping fees excluded). Points accumulate with no cap and may be used whenever the member desires, subject to redemption rules shown at checkout/account.
Sale Page
"Sale Page access," listed under the Plus and Pro plans above, refers to our Sale Page (Sales of the Day) — it is not a members-only page and is visible to all shoppers. Plus/Pro membership does not currently add an extra discount there beyond the percentage-off perk already listed for your plan.
Misuse & Illegal Activity
Jungleorama reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or block customers for inappropriate use or suspicion of illegal activity with no refund.
