Our Promise
We publish every genuine review, positive or negative. A low star score is never a reason to remove a review.
These are the only reasons we remove a review. Whenever we hide or reject one, we record the reason, who did it and when.
Reasons a review can be removed
Spam or advertising
Abusive, hateful or threatening language
Private information (addresses, phone numbers, full order numbers, other people’s details)
Not about this product or our service
Fake, or not written by the buyer
Breaks the law or the review rules in another way (explain)
