Built with love for animals — and for you
Jungleorama started with something simple: love for the animals that share our homes, our backyards, our farms and our adventures. We wanted one place where every owner — of a dog, an iguana, a reef tank or a backyard flock — could find what they need without paying more than they should.
The vision
More than just a pet shop
Joel Sanchez dreamed of a jungle where everything fits: food, habitats and toys, and also everything around life with animals — home, garden, the outdoors, the farm and so much more.
And with one promise: there will always be a way to pay less. Super Sales, coupons, the Jungleorama Club, reward points, store credit, gift cards and special pricing for family, friends and businesses. Because taking good care of an animal shouldn't cost a fortune.
The partnership

To build that jungle, Joel teamed up with Alex Silverio and Nex Studios. What started as an idea became weeks of work, day and night: every page, every price, every email and every safeguard, thought through and tested one by one.
Together we built a complete store: catalog and search, secure payments, exact sales tax by ZIP code, order tracking, returns, hand-painted pet portraits, a Lost & Found for pets, care guides in English and Spanish, and a team that messages, calls and helps each other right inside the site.
The work
Every detail, checked twice
Before any change reaches the site we check it thoroughly. We check that a product is truly ready — options, weight, shipping and a US plug — before we show it. We back everything up every night and practice restoring it.
It isn't magic: it's hard work. And we did it so all you have to do is choose, pay less and enjoy your animals.

How Jungleorama works
Jungleorama is an online pet store based in the United States. We sell supplies, food, habitats and gear for house pets, reptiles, fish and aquatics, birds, farm animals and more — and we answer every question ourselves.
How your order ships
Orders ship from our network of warehouses. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged once we process the order — usually within a few hours.
An order can arrive in separate packages on different days; you get tracking for each one. Most US items ship within 1–3 business days after the order is processed.
What you pay
Prices are in US dollars. Every order pays the real shipping cost, calculated at checkout from weight and destination — there is no order total that makes shipping free.
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Massachusetts, where we are registered to collect it — the exact rate for your shipping ZIP (state, county and city). Enter your ZIP and prices show with tax included; checkout charges the same amount. Other states pay no sales tax to us.
Returns
All sales are final for change of mind. Broken or wrong items are covered: tell us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and once approved you choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.
If your order doesn’t arrive, open a case from your account: still in transit → we investigate with the carrier (up to 30 days from your order); tracking says delivered → we document it with you and investigate (orders of $250+ need a police report). We reply within 1 business day.
More than a pet shop
Jungleorama Portraits: hand-painted portraits of your pet by our painters. A deposit books your portrait, and you talk directly with your painter.
Jungleorama Club: a free plan and paid plans with perks on the things you buy every month — cancel anytime.

Is Jungleorama a US store?
Yes. Jungleorama is a US online pet store; prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States today; more countries are coming. We don’t sell live animals yet — breeders are coming soon.
Is shipping free?
No. Every order pays the real shipping cost, calculated at checkout from weight and destination. There is no order total that makes shipping free.
What is the return policy?
